AI Content Creator and Editor (Videos and Images)

Responsibilities:

1. AI-Generated Visual Content: Use AI image and video generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, or similar) to create graphics, social visuals, and short-form video content for client campaigns.
2. AI-Assisted Editing: Edit and enhance video and image assets using AI-powered tools — upscaling, auto-captioning, background removal, AI color grading — to speed up turnaround without sacrificing quality.
3. Multi-Format Production: Produce platform-ready assets — Reels/Shorts, carousel posts, static social graphics, and short brand videos — blending AI-generated elements with traditional editing.
4. Creative Collaboration: Work with the content and strategy team to turn briefs into AI-assisted visual concepts that stay true to each client’s brand identity.
5. Quality Control & Polish: Clean up AI-generated output — fixing artifacts, inconsistencies, and off-brand elements — so every final asset is client-ready.
6. Tool Evaluation: Track new AI image/video tools as they emerge, test them against real client work, and bring the useful ones into the team’s workflow.
7. Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of AI-generated and edited assets for reuse across campaigns and clients.

Requirements:

1. 1–2 years of hands-on experience using AI image/video generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, or similar) alongside traditional editing software (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar).
2. Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, and brand consistency.
3. Ability to prompt AI tools effectively to get usable, on-brand visual output — not just impressive but off-target.
4. Comfortable managing multiple content pieces and projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
5. A portfolio showcasing AI-assisted or AI-generated visual/video work is strongly preferred.
